House Rules
***MUST READ ENTIRELY***
Just to ensure our home meets your needs and you have a GREAT stay, I want to emphasize rules that pertain to your stay.
This particular home is in a very quiet neighborhood and ideal for quiet guests looking for a comfortable space in a prime location. We cater to guests looking to work-from-home, relocate to the area, visitors for golf/tennis tournaments, those displaced from their home due repairs, those here to visit family/friends, those here for work, and guests visiting for medical treatment at the local hospitals and more.
This is not an ideal space for events or parties. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Minimum age requirement: 25 years old for all guests (excluding children with families)
--> Please list the ages if children in inquiry
Uploading a valid government photo ID to verify your identity (after a confirmed booked )
--> Absolutely no covering/hiding any information noted on the ID
--> Same process as booking a hotel
-->Note: A background check through Transunion is required for all adult guests
You will need to complete a rental agreement depending on your length of stay. This property has a 30 day minimum stay.
**For pet-friendly units: There is a restriction for 2 pets max**
You must acknowledge:
-No street or grass parking allowed.
-Do not disturb the neighbors.
-Front area is limited to entry and exit only, no lounging or 'hanging out' in the front porch area
-No hanging out or loud noise on the back porch during quiet hours
-Absolutely NO parties are permitted
-No EVENTS/VENDORS: Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS: Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints, security personnel, or Police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with potential issues & fines. Additionally, the guests will be immediately evicted. Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Hosts as a result of the breach of the rental agreement.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Host. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. All parking, noise and community rules and restrictions must be followed.
Children are welcome, but please note that electrical outlets are not plugged. Children of all ages count as 'people' and must be included in the guest count. Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates rules and our policy. Please book for the correct number of guests.
-No third-party bookings
-No extra guests above the number on the reservation
-Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-No smoking in the home or the porch areas
